Responsibilities
  • Architect, implement, and optimize cloud‑based solutions while leveraging industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and drive continuous improvement and innovation across our CloudOps and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy robust, automated systems that support our organization‑critical applications and services.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of our cloud environment, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and incidents.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Masterful understanding of advanced Kubernetes technologies and the ability to design and diagnose production‑grade deployments at scale.
  • Proven AWS cloud experience, with Azure and GCP being a bonus.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Containerization experience with the Docker ecosystem and related tooling.
  • Production‑grade coding experience with languages such as Bash, Python, and Golang for scripting and automation of services.
  • Understanding of advanced AWS networking technologies such as VPC, TGW and related technologies.
  • Solid grasp of cloud security best practices and compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
General Competencies

Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to design and present complex topics to the team. Adept at critical thinking and problem solving.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $125,241.00 – $187,862.00. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. Please note that the listed amount reflects the base salary only and does not reflect the value of the total rewards compensation.
