Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA to join an AI startup focused on reshaping insurance broking. You will build and scale core AI products, tackle processing of large PDFs and Excel files, and develop browser automations across legacy systems to support high throughput.

The role covers both frontend and backend features, requires strong TypeScript and the ability to ship quickly with quality test coverage.

Position Overview:

• Our client, an AI startup, seeks a Senior Software Engineer - Product to help reshape how the insurance broking industry services insurance.
• As a Product Engineer: Build and enhance the company's core AI products from processing hundreds of very long PDFs and Excel files to building deep browser automations into legacy systems, and building a scalable platform to support the volume and throughput of the system.
• Responsible for both the 01 MVP development and the 110 growth and scaling of a product.
• Work directly on features that help insurance brokers better serve their customers while improving margins.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
