Senior Full Stack Developer – LaSalle Digital Transformation Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level applications supporting real estate investment management operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in modern web technologies with preferred knowledge of real estate investment/financial business processes, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React to support investment operations and business intelligence.
• Develop robust APIs and microservices that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces that enable efficient workflows for Research and Strategy, Transaction teams.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.
• Architect and implement IaC solutions using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost‑efficiency across cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Utilize AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar platforms to enhance productivity.
• Provide technical guidance to developers on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices including effective use of AI tools.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert proficiency in Python, Node.js backend development (Express, NestJS, or similar)
• Strong React development skills with modern hooks, state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture
• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, OpenAI Codex)
• Experience integrating AI code generation into workflows while maintaining quality and security standards
• Proficiency with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, microservices architecture
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Version control expertise with Git

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences

Estimated compensation: 162,700.00 – 199,300.00 USD per year.
