A Senior App Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex mobile applications. This includes overseeing the entire app development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code. The role requires staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, with a strong understanding of programming languages like Java, Swift, or Dart, Flutter, mobile app architecture, database integration, and testing frameworks.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable mobile app architectures for iOS and Android, considering future features and platform specifics.
• Implement IS policies, standards, and security measures to safeguard information resources.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize app loading times, and enhance user experience.
• Ensure production services meet customer requirements for functionality, support, and service levels.
• Stay informed about developments in service areas and incorporate new advancements into company offerings.
• Collaborate with peers, business partners, offshore teams, and vendors to build effective relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications, preferably in retail/hospitality
• Experience with Flutter Framework
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Successful completion of required trainings
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Pay Range: P4: $108,500 - $152,500 annually.
