Job description

Client is seeking a Sr. Python Developer that has experience with Django and React. They are ideally seeking someone out of Universities such as Princeton, Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford etc.

You should have experience as a Senior Python Developer proficient in Django, web application architecture, and SQL database design to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with excellent leadership abilities, ready to guide junior developers, manage projects, and deliver robust code in an agile setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement new web applications from ideation to launch

Engage with stakeholders to define and clarify project specifications

Perform code reviews to maintain high standards and best practices

Serve as a hiring manager, aiding in team expansion and recruitment

Coach and support junior developers to enhance their technical skills

Enhance existing applications with new functionalities

Optimize and streamline code for efficiency and scalability

Assist end users, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience

Qualifications and Skills Required:
