Job summary

Harris Computer in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of end-to-end computer systems and application software. The role includes mentoring junior developers, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), contribute to AI agent code development and integration, and apply data system design and architecture expertise to align with business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years as a Software Engineer focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus among team members.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Experience with graph apis and graphql systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, this professional will lead the design and development of entire computer systems and application software. • Strong Cloud Experience (Azure & AWS)
• Experience with AI agent code development and integration into products
• Data system design and Architecture experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, and 3+ years as a Software Engineer with a focus on designing and building complex, scalable systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus among team members.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
