We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise applications across the Salesforce and AWS ecosystems. This role requires strong Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with hands‑on experience developing Java applications and deploying and managing them in AWS.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical cloud operations experience. They will work closely with product owners, architects, administrators, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable solutions and reliable integrations between Salesforce, Java services, AWS, and other enterprise systems.

How You'll Shine:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Build scalable, reusable Salesforce solutions that follow platform limits, security requirements, and development best practices.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications, APIs, microservices, batch processes, and system integrations. Design secure integrations using REST, SOAP, event‑driven, and asynchronous patterns.
  • Deploy, configure, monitor, and support Java applications running in AWS. Work with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and related networking services, as appropriate. Monitor application health, performance, availability, security, and cost; troubleshoot production issues and implement lasting corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and Java/AWS applications. Conduct code reviews and establish standards for testing, source control, documentation, observability, and deployment. Participate in release planning, production support, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 10%. Travel to different business units or sites may be necessary.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Application Architect.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical decision‑making skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working in Agile product development environments.
  • Experience with Git, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD practices.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with observability platforms, application performance monitoring, and production incident management.
  • Strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Aura, and LWC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, platform security, governor limits, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.
  • Strong Java development skills, including experience with frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
  • Experience deploying and operating Java applications in AWS production environments.
  • Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, IAM, networking, logging, monitoring, scalability, availability, and cost management.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, relational databases, and asynchronous messaging.
  • Preferred: Experience with Copado and automated Salesforce deployment tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure‑as‑code technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience with event‑driven architecture, Salesforce Platform Events, AWS EventBridge, SQS, SNS, or Kafka.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Significant professional software development experience, including experience in a senior engineering role.

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
