Job summary

Niva Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our New York team.

As a founding member, you will directly influence product direction, collaborate with leadership, and help shape our culture while building scalable software for a borderless verification platform. You’ll work on a small, fast-moving team, engaging with customers, defining requirements, and delivering high-quality code using Rails, Python and JS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.
• Experience using LLMs and machine learning is preferred.
• A passion for going deep into complex problems and building efficient solutions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
