VTS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in New York. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join the Access and Visitor Management team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute innovative ideas and tools to support one of our major initiatives, which is supporting products across our platform. You will collaborate with a highly professional team to ensure the timely delivery of products and maintain elevated development practices and standards.
To excel in this role, you should possess experience working with complex applications, distributed systems, or microservices, demonstrating an understanding of the associated challenges and opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact engineers across the whole company. Pay TransparencyAt VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $143,181 and $175,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
