Qualifications

• 7+ years of app development experience.
• 2+ years in a fast paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Rails and/or Python.
• Experience shipping and maintaining software.
• Desire to lay the foundation for the engineering culture as engineer #3.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend services for a growing fleet platform.
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Contribute to engineering culture and practices as the third engineer.
• Maintain and improve high-quality, testable code.
