Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a startup or fast-moving tech company.
• Strong backend engineering skills with ownership of production delivery.
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered product features.
• Ability to work autonomously across engineering, product decisions and UX, including customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; solid CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, backend engineering, AI/ML, and system design.

Join an early-stage healthtech startup building AI-powered software for outpatient care. As a founding engineer, you will partner closely with the technical leadership team and take ownership of product features from initial definition through launch.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of software engineering experience, with prior experience at a startup or another fast-moving technology company.
• Strong backend engineering skills and experience owning systems through production delivery.
• Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered product features.
• Ability to work autonomously across engineering, product decisions, and user experience, including engaging with customers.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, backend engineering, AI/ML, and system design.

Base salary: $180,000 to $260,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
