Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate backend services, data and inference pipelines, and AI-powered features for its intelligent data products.

You will own features through production support, partner with product and AI teams, mentor engineers, and promote reliable and responsible AI practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, C#, or similar technologies.
• Experience building production-grade backend and cloud-native systems.

Job description

Requirements:

Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience and strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, C#, or similar technologies, with experience building production-grade backend and cloud-native systems. The role also requires hands‑on enterprise AI and LLM application experience, relevant cloud and data technologies, end‑to‑end ownership, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
