Job summary

inTrial, LLC is building the Plaintiff Firm Operating System to streamline case management, document storage, e-signature, and AI assistants for personal injury practices. Join a team of strong engineers shipping features end-to-end for real firms.

You’ll own components from database schema to frontend UI, design AI-powered agents, and help the product scale as startups grow. Expect fast iteration, impactful work, and equity as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node/Fastify, and Postgres in a modern web stack.
• Track record of shipping product at an early-stage startup.
• Interest in legal tech or working with plaintiff/personal injury workflows.

Join a team of incredibly strong engineers from Ramp, Amazon, Bloomberg, and more to build the world’s best software and AI agents for plaintiff law firms. You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack, from the database schema to the screens lawyers use every day, and ship to real firms quickly. We ship extremely fast, turning customer requests into live features in hours.
