About the Role

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain polished, fast, and accessible patient experiences across a messaging-based app and website.
- Develop clinician-facing interfaces that bring relevant patient information, including wearable-device data, together in a clear and useful way.
- Partner with backend and AI teams to turn AI and LLM capabilities, healthcare integrations, and new care features into product experiences.
- Shape frontend architecture with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, including design systems, state management, testing, and performance.
- Iterate with clinicians and product partners using direct feedback to improve the experience.
What We're Looking For
- Five to ten years of experience as a frontend-focused software engineer, including building production consumer-facing products.
- Strong fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, CSS, animation, and design systems.
- Experience working across the stack with backend understanding and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Early-stage startup experience, ideally alongside a background building and shipping products in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLM-powered product applications.
- A bachelor's degree and strong computer science fundamentals.
