As a Senior Software Engineer at Dynamic, you’ll take ownership of meaningful problems and bring ideas from concept to production. You thrive in small, fast-paced teams and enjoy having significant responsibility for the products you build. You have a strong track record of shipping high-quality software, with over five years of experience leading projects from ideation to launch. You care deeply about clean, maintainable code and prioritize testing and code quality in everything you do. You’ve worked with complex datasets, integrations, and APIs, and you’re comfortable building scalable systems with external users in mind. You are passionate about learning, particularly in the areas of Web3 and identity technologies, and you enjoy collaborating with other developers. Our customers are developers, so strong communication and empathy are key. You are also an excellent asynchronous communicator and make decisions based on what is best for the company, not just personal preference.

Location: We’re remote-first, but ideally you're based in New York, the Bay Area, or Miami. We'd love to have more of the team near our core hubs.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if:

You bring at least five years of experience building and shipping high-quality software, and have led projects from initial concept through to production launch. You’re comfortable working across the stack, from API development in Node.js to building intuitive front-end experiences in React. You have experience working with complex datasets, scalable infrastructure, and external-facing APIs. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable code and emphasize testing and reliability. You’re excited about Web3 and identity technologies, and love learning in fast-evolving technical spaces. You communicate clearly, thrive in asynchronous work environments, and make decisions based on what’s best for the product and the team. Bonus points if you’ve contributed to open source or worked with wallet integrations.

You will:

Build and scale full-stack features, including APIs (Node.js), infrastructure (CDK), and front-end interfaces (React)

Help shape engineering culture and set technical direction as an early team member

Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to bring features to life

Contribute to our open-source library for cross-chain wallet connections

Lead key initiatives and mentor others as we scale the team
