Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in DCL (Digital Command Language) scripting and RMS (OpenVMS Record Management System - Indexed files)


• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar field


• Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in software engineering


• Experience with OpenVMS Macro Assembly for at least 5 years


• Experience with TCP and UDP protocols and XML and JSON message formats


• Experience in full product life cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar field


• Experience in Public Safety Solutions


• Experience with computer-aided dispatch systems


• Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in OpenVMS operating system


• Experience performing software engineering in an Agile environment
