Senior Software Engineer job with Akkodis

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a client-focused opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly skilled full stack engineer with strong experience in modern Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and scalable application development. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support enterprise-level applications while contributing to technical innovation and best practices.

Pay/Salary Range: $60.00/Hour to $80.00/Hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using C#/.NET Core 8 and React with TypeScript.
• Build and optimize data-driven solutions utilizing SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Integrate and work with internal and third-party APIs to support business applications and services.
• Develop cloud-native solutions and support cloud infrastructure, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design efforts.
• Follow and promote software engineering best practices including Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
