Job summary

Zion Cloud Solutions LLC in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in enterprise integration and middleware. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, middleware technologies, and enterprise application support.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Oracle FMW (SOA Suite), BPEL, OSB, XML, and JDeveloper.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for enterprise app development and integration.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations with Oracle FMW (SOA Suite) and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain middleware solutions enabling reliable integration between enterprise apps and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, system, and performance issues to meet SLAs.
• Plan and execute deployments using Azure DevOps across dev, test, staging, and prod environments.
• Provide post-deployment support for Power Apps Portal, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Automate across environments.
• Monitor and support middleware components and ADF pipelines to ensure availability and performance.

• Participate in production support, issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.

Job Duties

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support enterprise application development and integration initiatives.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Oracle FMW (SOA Suite), BPEL, OSB, XML, and JDeveloper, while ensuring existing GIP framework functionalities remain stable and uninterrupted.
• Develop and maintain middleware-based solutions that facilitate reliable integration between enterprise applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, integration, system, and performance-related issues to maintain platform stability and meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, business, and client teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful implementation of system changes.
• Participate in production support activities, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, resolution, and preventive measures.
• Ensure system changes and deployments are properly documented and follow established technical and change-management procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve system performance, integration reliability, deployment processes, and operational efficiency.
