Job summary

CyberForce Global in Dallas is seeking an experienced backend architect to design and build distributed systems powering our AI security platform. You will partner with Product, Frontend, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ship end-to-end features from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes scalable APIs, microservices, and governance tooling for AI usage, with daily work on admin consoles and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop distributed backend systems that power the platform's AI protection capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ship end-to-end features from concept to launch.
• Build enforcement mechanisms for popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI services.
• Create policy management tools that let organisations define and enforce governance rules for AI usage.
• Build the admin console and tools used daily by enterprise IT and security teams.
• Design services that collect, process, and surface AI-related audit data across the platform.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple engineering teams to consolidate AI security signals into a single, unified system.
• Design for scale-focusing on performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
