• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows application development.
• 5+ years of experience with C#.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry - Medical/Defense/Industrial.
• Experience debugging physical communication between Windows Applications and external devices (work experience needed).
• Front end development with HMI's and GUI's.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of Delphi is a plus but not required (current system is written in Delphi).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based applications using C#.
• Follow development processes, lead technical reviews, implement source code that meets product requirements and standards, and document work thoroughly.
• Ensure code is well-documented, tested, and controlled.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects promptly.
• Provide work breakdown plans and task estimates for project planning.
• Participate in roadmap planning, identify skill/resource gaps, and develop plans to address them.
