Gersh is seeking an ambitious Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve the platforms that power our business. You will work across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), SaaS integrations, content management systems (CMS), and AI-driven features. This is a hands‑on technical role with real architectural ownership: you will shape how our systems scale, mentor other engineers, and partner closely with project and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious professional with 0 to 3 years of project coordination or tech operations experience looking to advance their career in a rapidly evolving environment with exposure to AI, automation, business intelligence, and technology.
$155,000 - $165,000 + Full Benefits
