Job summary

Insulet is seeking a QA Engineer/SDET to design and implement robust Python test automation frameworks in a hybrid work model with on-site presence in Massachusetts. You will develop automated tests, participate across the SDLC, and advance testing methodologies while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software test automation, strong Python skills, experience with PyTest/Selenium, and familiarity with Jenkins and Git in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
5+ years as a QA Engineer or SDET in software test automation.
Strong emphasis on Python development.
Experience developing test frameworks and automated tests in Python.
Proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with test automation tools like PyTest and Selenium with Python.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control such as Jenkins and Git.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience with OOP and Design Patterns.
Experience building libraries, CI, and code coverage.
Experience working closely with development and test teams.
Knowledge of built-in and external libraries; Knowledge of Git.
Exposure to an Agile environment.
On-site work from an Insulet office is required as part of the hybrid arrangement.
