Qualifications

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Quick Spaces is where teams in Amazon Quick bring their knowledge together: the files, documents, dashboards and data they rely on every day. Spaces makes that knowledge easy to organize, share and search, and it grounds Amazon Quick's AI chat and agents in each customer's own content.
You will have the exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of developing this product. We are seeking creative problem-solvers who are energized by tackling complex technical challenges to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. Our team collaborates closely across roles to rapidly build, test and iterate as we create an AI solution that delivers real business value. Join our innovative team to leave your mark on the next generation of AI. This is an exciting role, with high visibility and high impact, leading several customer facing initiatives for Quick Spaces under the Amazon Quick organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in front-end development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
