These agents run unattended, at high volume, under governance controls, and with the reliability customers expect from production systems. You will have the opportunity to lead engineering teams that own systems already running large-scale workloads for enterprise customers, and take them to the next level of scale, reliability, and adoption. We are seeking a leader who is energized by complex technical challenges and by building teams that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within the Amazon Quick organization, with direct influence on product direction and on how enterprises adopt agentic automation.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
