Oracle, a leader in cloud infrastructure, seeks a Senior SDE to help design, build, and operate the Key Management Service for OCI. This role focuses on cryptographic key lifecycle management, secure APIs, and scalable backend systems at production scale.
You will work with a collaborative team to deliver secure, reliable infrastructure across OCI services, improving security posture and performance while supporting enterprise customers.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security Platform division, you will help build and operate OCI’s Key Management Service (KMS), a foundational service that plays a critical role in protecting customer data across OCI services. KMS enables lifecycle management of cryptographic keys for OCI’s customers and is built to meet high standards for security, scalability, availability, and compliance.

You will be part of a motivated and collaborative team, with opportunities to make meaningful contributions to core security infrastructure used across OCI and the industry. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will design, implement, test, debug, and operate components of OCI’s Key Management Service. You will contribute to features and improvements across the KMS stack, including service APIs, backend workflows, distributed systems components, HSM integration, reliability improvements, and operational tooling.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
