Job summary

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer SME located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC for a hybrid role. The candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance and will be subject to CI Polygraph examinations after the start date.

This position offers opportunities to work on mission-critical systems with large-scale data processing and advanced analytics. Required: 10+ years in software development, ASE certification, and strong experience across the software

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in software development or related technical disciplines.
• Active SAFe ASE certification.
• Experience integrating third-party components and automating operations.
• Involvement across the full software development life cycle: planning, requirements, development, testing, QA.
• Design, build, and deploy applications involving large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Experience with milestone reviews, architecture sessions, and resource estimation.
• Technical lead of development staff with collaboration with PMs and architects.
• Experience with enterprise IT application development and modern Agile practices.
