Job summary

Full Visibility LLC in Winchester, VA / Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Software Developer for a hybrid role. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with CI Polygraph examinations. A minimum of eight years of professional experience is expected.

The role centers on designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions in enterprise or mission-critical environments, with opportunities to lead development efforts and collaborate with architects and project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of professional experience in AWS cloud solutions or C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
• Design, development, testing, and management of application development projects in IT infrastructure.
• Programmatic integration of third-party components and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications including large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical lead of development staff and collaborate with project managers and architects.

Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Software Developer located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC for a hybrid role. The candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo CI Polygraph examinations. The role requires a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• AWS cloud‑based solutions and services
• C# application development
• Java software development
• Python software development
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions within enterprise or mission‑critical environments.
• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and management of application development projects in support of IT infrastructure.
• Programmatic integration of third‑party components, introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendations, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large‑scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Duties include technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical lead of development staff, along with peer‑level interaction with project managers and architects.

Compensation

A reasonable salary range for this position is $150K to $190K.
