Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive hands-on React and modern front-end development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and front-end tech skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Experience in architecture, design and solution development.
• Experience modernizing legacy apps and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and modernization of legacy WinForms applications using React and microservices.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design and solution planning.
• Develop and support backend integrations and data access using SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain reusable components to support consistency and efficiency across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to define technical approaches and deliver migration objectives.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and post-implementation maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and establish development best practices.
