Job summary

SOSi seeks highly skilled Software Developers to join our Huntsville analytics team, delivering MLOps workloads for a government client. You will design, develop, and maintain MSIC software applications using Python and modern data pipelines.

You will work with Docker, Airflow, Kafka, NoSQL/SQL, and cloud services to build scalable solutions, integrating ML models with cross‑functional teams in a mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 7+ years of software development, MLOps, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and its frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL.
• Proficient in Apache Airflow for workflow management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Work with NoSQL and SQL for database management and optimization.
• Implement and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow and Kafka.
• Automate training, testing, and deployment of ML models.
• Implement and manage APIs and ensure scalability, reliability, performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into applications.
• Design and develop microservices for scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and coach AIMS team members and participate in lifecycle activities.
