Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering in Willmar, MN is seeking a Software Developer to design, implement, test, and document software for current and new products. The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, and partners to support Nova-Tech’s equipment and software ecosystems.

You will apply skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML, participate in code reviews, develop test protocols, and help troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.
• Experience with databases, servers, and systems including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, IIS, Git, Windows, and Linux preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, test, debug, and document software for new and existing products, technologies, and applications.
• Diagnose software and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and execute test protocols; analyze data to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
