Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service. It involves writing computer programs for various systems, from those that enable computers to run properly to the latest mobile applications. This expanding field requires a creative mind eager to innovate and find new uses for technology. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, designing systems to meet those needs, recommending software upgrades, creating flowcharts for computing systems, documenting tasks for maintenance and troubleshooting, and supporting administrative tasks.
Ability to: Successfully perform planning, directing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities; demonstrate decision-making skills; complete tasks within budget and schedule; be sensitive to cultural differences; operate a motor vehicle; use written and verbal communication skills to present plans and activities.
Knowledge of: C#, ASP.NET, SQL.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, climbing, or walking. Must be able to travel, work remotely as needed, and participate in on-call rotations.
