Hybrid Work Arrangement

Hybrid. Remote and on-site work are both options.

Required Qualifications

• Programming: Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) with strong experience in either Python or Java (approximately 9 years cumulative experience). Experience in both languages highly desired.
• Must have at least one of the following skill sets:
• Reverse Engineering Skills: writing IDA/Ghidra plugins/scripts; knowledge of x86 assembly and reverse engineering experience.
• LLM Application Development: building LLM applications using frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, LangSmith; experience with embedding stores and vector databases; understanding of how LLMs operate locally.
• Training tooling: experience with ARM or PPC assembly languages.
• Testing: JUnit and/or Pytest experience.
• Networking: familiarity with gRPC or other RPC protocols.
• Workflow design: designing agentic workflows and pipelines.
• Inference server: under-the-hood understanding of inference servers.
• Packaging: understanding of packaging systems (uv, poetry, gradle, etc).
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Clearance: None required, but ability to obtain clearance is preferred.

Salary

Base salary range: $77,000–$163,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
