Job summary

DarioHealth is seeking a Software Developer to provide expert-level technical support across multiple products, collaborating with Client Success and end clients. You will become deeply knowledgeable about all products and serve as a technical point of contact for issue resolution.

Responsibilities include debugging high-performance RESTful services, troubleshooting web and mobile apps, and leading triage and incident responses across engineering, product, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical support or related roles.
• Experience with SQL and MongoDB database troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless containers (Lambda, Docker).
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with clients and Client Success teams.
• Must work in EST (Eastern Standard Time) timezone.
• Knowledge of mobile apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Client Success team and end clients.
• Debug and troubleshoot high-performance RESTful web services and mobile apps.
• Lead triage activities, incident reports, and coordinate incident response across teams.
