Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop dynamic programming solutions and high-level design for HdL proprietary software programs or modules within a high-security development environment.
  2. Assess internal requests for additional features/enhancements to HdL proprietary software and explore options.
  3. Assist non-developer staff on the operation of systems, reports, and calculations.
  4. Strive to live the corporate values in all activities.
  5. Normally report to a lead, supervisor, or manager and work on tasks independently.
  6. Make decisions independently using knowledge of advanced techniques and theories.
  7. Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  8. Independently complete design specifications and project schedules. Stay abreast of new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Strong proficiency with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, MSSQL)
  2. Strong proficiency with security development best practices

Education and Experience

  1. BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  2. Minimum of 7 years experience developing and testing code on the Microsoft technology stack.
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience developing SaaS applications.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this fully remote position is expected to be between $45 and $70 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant), and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
