Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, implement, test, and lead high-level applications for the system. You’ll partner with users to translate business needs into robust software solutions and guide development from concept through release.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle delivery, strong OO design, and expertise in C#/.NET with a preference for front-end React and SQL Server experience. Collaboration and documentation are essential in this position.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of object oriented design rules.
• Proven team-oriented developer with ability to deliver quality solutions on time.
• Experience with an entire product development life cycle.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies; full stack experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Builds, implements and tests new applications, upgrades, enhancements, and maintains databases and services.
• Ensures appropriate integration of new applications with existing technical environments.
• Trains and mentors personnel, promoting cross-training to grow team skills.
• Creates technical documentation and release notes for development and help processes.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts to define software requirements, architecture, testing plan, and release documentation.
