Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Applications to support PRiMES for the Department of State and expand capabilities across offices. This role emphasizes migration to cloud, enterprise integration, and developing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

You will work with project managers, COR, and cross-functional teams to deliver modernized interfaces and scalable architecture using C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance at time of award.
• 10+ years in IT services or development.
• Experience supporting IT application migration and development projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of cloud environment experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong Microsoft technologies: C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
• CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and security roles experience.
• REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML integration experience.
• Strong SQL Server development and reporting queries.
• Ability to lead projects using Scrum/Agile; experience leading teams.
• Federal government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep PM, COR, and GTM informed of IT operations and development issues.
• Help transform and design new applications with modernized interface and architecture.
• Collaborate on migration from current platform to a cloud-based platform.
• Attend customer meetings and serve as primary technical liaison.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate processes.
• Develop custom applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs.
• Support SQL Server development, stored procedures, views, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Software Developer, Applications, to assist in supporting the Department of State's; Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) PRiMES application. The application was intended to aid in PRM’s internal processes, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities and is now undergoing expansion to provide that same support to all offices in the Department programming foreign assistance from humanitarian funding accounts. This role will assist in providing operation and maintenance support for PRiMES and to develop enhancements to the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping Project Manager, COR, and GTM apprised of signification IT operations and application development issues in a timely manner.
• Helping lead the transformation of existing application and designing new application for modernized interface and architecture.
• Interacting with systems experts, developers and programmers on design and execution of migration from current platform to cloud-based platform.
• Attending customer meetings as requested and serves as primary liaison for technical based solutions.
• Designing, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM
• and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Configuring custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models
• Developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript and the Dynamics CRM SDK
• Building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation
• Developing and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and related technologies
• Integrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and web services
• Supporting SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting support
• Supporting automated notifications, workflow processes and system-triggered business logic
• Troubleshooting application issues, supporting production systems and implementing enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation and status updates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions and deliver high-quality software

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret Clearance at time of award
• 10+ years of experience in the IT services or development field.
• Experience supporting IT application migration and development projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience working with a cloud environment
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API or similar Microsoft technologies
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows and security roles
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and related integration methods
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers and reporting queries.
• Ability to lead projects using the Scrum/Agile framework and methodology.
• Experience leading teams, able to motivate and engage.
• Ideally has experience working in the Federal Government.

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
