We are looking for several experienced software engineers to join our growing team in Santa Clara, California, developing the next generation of AI-driven technology for analog and custom IC design.

We are looking for engineers with a consistent track record of turning bold ideas into production software used by real customers. You'll be working on some of the hardest problems in electronic design automation, developing technology that enables the next generation of AI, computing, communications, and semiconductor products.
You will have delivered commercial software, helped bring new products or major capabilities to market, and demonstrated the ability to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions used by real customers.
We are looking for engineers with a proven history of building products that matter. The ideal candidate has experience with AI-driven solutions and OpenAccess-based design platforms, but we will also consider exceptional candidates from other industries who have demonstrated excellence in software development, algorithms, AI, optimization, graphics, scientific computing, robotics, or related technical fields.
Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of difficult technical problems, driving innovation, and delivering technology that creates measurable impact for customers. Experience with EDA, OpenAccess, or Cadence Virtuoso is highly desirable, but not required for exceptional candidates with a strong record of technical achievement and commercial software delivery.
