Job summary

Support / Development Engineer Night Shift Expectations

(30% Support and 70% development.)

The primary responsibility of the Support Engineer is to provide application support during the night shift.

Shift Timings (IST)

• During Daylight Saving Time (MarchNovember):Shift ends at2:30 AM IST(corresponding to5:00 PM ET).
• Outside Daylight Saving Time (November–March):Shift ends at3:30 AM IST(corresponding to5:00 PM ET).

Key Responsibilities

• Be available to support production systems during the assigned night shift.
• Communicate effectively with vendors through Google Chat (GChat) and participate in calls (Google Meet) when required.
• Respond promptly to support requests and resolve issues.

Shift Rotation

• The night shift follows aroster-based schedule.
• Typically,two engineerswill be assigned to the night shift each week, with each engineer covering approximatelyTwoweeks per month.
