U-Haul in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Software Developer to join our Dispatch Team. You will build high-performance applications powering customer service across US and Canada, blending cloud, AI and web technologies to create a first-class rental experience.

The role emphasizes clean code and collaboration with QA, Ops and other development teams to deliver scalable solutions for internal web experiences and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology or 2-3 years of experience in Software Development.
• Strong C#, .NET Framework 4.7.2, .NET Core, MVC, SQL and JavaScript skills.
• Ability to communicate with QA, Ops and other Development Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge systems that blend cloud, AI, and web technologies for a first-class rental experience.
• Build internal web experiences and data systems to power U‑Haul locations across US and Canada.
• Collaborate with QA, Ops and other development teams to deliver reliable software.

Our Dispatch Team is looking fora Software Developer to join the U-Haul family. This person must be ready to immerse themselves in the world of customer service.The applications managed by this team are high performance, in high demand and are used by locations across US and Canada.

This is a position for people who want to develop cutting-edge systems that combine the cloud, AI and web technologies to provide customers with a first-class experience. Developers on this team must strive to provide a simple, easy to understand process that allows any customer to rent our equipment at any time.
