  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers through code reviews, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and hands‑on development support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the technology stack, identifying root causes and implementing solutions that improve performance and reliability.
  • Partner with business departments and other IT disciplines to understand workflows, systems, data, and operational needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Work across development, data, ERP, integrations, and other IT functions as business priorities and technology needs evolve.
  • Communicate technical concepts, system capabilities, limitations, risks, and trade‑offs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate solutions to end users and stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate business needs into ongoing development and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation that supports system maintainability, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
  • Adhere to and support all company safety policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Seven (7) or more years of professional software development experience, including significant experience developing, deploying, and supporting production applications.
  • Hands‑on experience developing and deploying applications within Microsoft Azure, including experience with cloud application services, serverless computing, databases, identity management, and monitoring.
  • Experience developing or implementing AI‑enabled applications, including technologies such as retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt and tool design, and solution evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design, including schema management, migrations, and query performance.
  • Proficiency with Git, pull‑request workflows, continuous integration, and automated testing practices.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs across multiple applications and business systems.
