This position requires architecting and maintaining internal business applications that support day‑to‑day operations, as well as independently designing and writing automated test software used to validate cable modem hardware. While distinct in nature, both responsibilities carry real weight. The impact of your work will strengthen the efficiency of our internal operations and the reliability of our hardware test processes — contributing directly to the broader mission of CableLabs to advance the cable and broadband industry.
The salary range is $117,910 – $144,170. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 20% of base salary.

This job operates in a professional office and lab environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer lab equipment. Working conditions for our office and lab environment typically involve indoor settings, often with a mix of standing, sitting, and walking, along with the use of hands and fingers to operate computer equipment. Office workers also need to communicate through various means, including telephone, email, and in‑person discussions, and they may be subject to moderate noise levels from office equipment. Lab workers may be required to lift, move, and transport related laboratory equipment up to 50 lbs.
