Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Developer to join our intel team in Maryland. You will design, develop, and integrate CNO software to support mission-centric outcomes, collaborating with analysts, operators, data scientists and other engineers to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive SWE experience, and familiarity with Unix-based systems. You will contribute across the development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, including code

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12+ years SWE experience, or BS; 10+ years with MS; 4 extra SWE years may substitute for a degree.
• Familiar with Unix-based systems.
• Reverse engineering experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
• Proficient in C/C++/Python.
• Git and Subversion; Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).

Responsibilities

• Augment existing toolsets.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.
• Produce end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints.
• Provide technical consulting support across various software products and technologies advising customers on operational direction.
• Take part in peer code reviews to reduce defects.

Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Developer to join our intel team. You will act as a reverse engineer/general-purpose CNO software engineer for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support. This includes quick reaction operational support and the support of longer development lifecycles. You will coordinate with analyst, operators, and other software engineers to develop requirements, and scope development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Augment existing toolsets

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• 12 yrs., B.S. or 10 yrs. w/ M.S., 4 yrs. of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Familiar with Unix based systems
• Reverse engineering experience
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including analysts, operators, and external development shops to deliver holistic software solutions
• Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python
• Provide support for fielded software systems
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

• Experience with any of the following:
• Java

• Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications
• Experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
