Senior Software Developer

Location: California, MD (Hybrid)

Shift/Schedule: Full-time, hybrid schedule with regular onsite days

Pay/Compensation: $90,220 – $145,000 per year

An established engineering and technology services firm supporting defense programs is hiring a Senior Software Developer. This developer will design and build mission software used by government customers, working across the full development lifecycle. The company offers stable long-term programs, technical ownership, and a hybrid schedule.

You write maintainable code, communicate clearly with engineers and stakeholders, and take pride in helping junior teammates grow.
