Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Software Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable test automation solutions across web applications, APIs, and cloud‑native platforms.

This role will focus on creating reliable automation frameworks, improving test coverage, integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and enabling faster, higher‑confidence releases. The ideal candidate combines strong technical automation skills with a solid understanding of software quality engineering principles and collaborative ways of working.

This is a highly technical role requiring expertise in modern UI and API automation, cloud environments, and continuous testing practices.

• Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments

• Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or CloudWatch

Pay Range

$83,430.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
