Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Software Asset Management Consultant to operate and optimize software asset processes in Seattle, WA. You will manage SAM Pro configurations, conduct discovery and reconciliation, and maintain license data across entitlements and contracts.

Responsibilities include analyzing usage to reduce costs, ensuring compliance with licenses and regulations, and collaborating with IT, procurement, and business units throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera or Snow License Manager and IT Asset Management.
• Understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual).
• Familiarity with major publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of Software Asset Management using ServiceNow SAM Pro/ Flexera/Snow License Manager.
• Monitor and manage software discovery, normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain and update software license data, entitlements, and contracts in ServiceNow.
• Analyze software usage data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, and business units to manage software lifecycle.
• Generate and distribute reports on software inventory, usage, and compliance.
• Support audits by providing accurate and timely software asset data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software asset data and ServiceNow SAM Pro functionality.
• Assist in the configuration and enhancement of SAM Pro modules and workflows.
• Stay updated on software licensing trends and ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
