Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Architect to drive architecture across full-stack systems, APIs, and cloud services.

The role focuses on zero-trust, high-security design and scalable, reliable platforms in a remote US environment. You will mentor engineers, guide architecture choices, collaborate with product, UX, and cross-functional teams, and evaluate tradeoffs between centralized and decentralized approaches while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
• Proven 0-to-1 architecture experience delivering complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and OO design.
• Performance engineering across the full stack.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable systems.
• Distributed systems and microservices experience.
• Cloud-native technologies including AWS, Lambda, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security-focused architecture including IAM/CIEM and least privilege.
• Secure development practices and secure tooling knowledge.
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing and release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction aligned with zero-knowledge and zero-trust principles.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering quality and decisions.
• Coordinate with Vault, Desktop, Mobile and backend teams on overlapping work.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve architecture research, prototyping, debugging and documentation.
