Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5–10 years professional software engineering experience with lead-level contributions.
- 5+ years leading software projects or teams in a product-focused environment.
- 3+ years in cross-functional Agile teams delivering hardware/software products.
- Proficiency in object-oriented/functional programming; .NET preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and full-lifecycle development of complex software features and systems.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and guidance.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, product management, and cloud teams to define integration points.
