Job summary

Prime Video is seeking an experienced technologist to shape the Partner Experience platform, architecting scalable content ingestion, hosting, and validation systems. You will lead cross-team design efforts, mentor engineers, and help set architectural standards for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship software development experience.
5+ years of programming in at least one language.
5+ years of design or architecture leadership for systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
Experience with REST APIs, big data, and PostgreSQL.
Experience delivering large-scale projects with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Architect a configurable content platform unifying ingestion pathways across teams.
Design hosting systems from pre-ingestion to catalog publication.
Build a common error validation framework for metadata and media assets.
Drive cross-team technical coherence across Prime Video teams.
Design for AI-powered workflows and scalable platform foundations.
Lead system design reviews and establish scalable patterns.
Mentor engineers and guide architectural documentation.
Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies proactively.
