A fast-scaling fintech platform is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead architectural strategy and platform evolution. This remote role involves quarterly travel to Nashville, TN, and requires expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of software development experience, with strong skills in C#, .NET Core, and Azure. Competitive compensation is offered.
Position: Senior Software Architect (Azure/.Net/Fintech)
Location: 100% Remote – U.S. only (CST/EST) + Required quarterly travel to Nashville, TN
12+ Month - Contract To Hire
Hourly Pay Range: $75/hr - $90/hr (+- depending on experience) W2 candidates- (eligible for benefits after 60 days)
Target Salary: $155K–$180K (+- depending on experience)
Work Auth: Must be eligible to work on a W2 without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

About the Role:
New initiative with a fast-scaling fintech platform, transforming how financial wellness benefits are delivered across banks & credit unions. They are looking for a Senior Software Architect to lead architectural strategy and platform evolution across a modern Azure-based environment. This is a Remote role for candidates in CST or EST time zones residing in the USA, with travel to Nashville, TN once per quarter for strategic planning sessions.
