Qualifications

- 10+ years of software engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale systems and leading initiatives.
- Experience guiding architecture across multiple teams and domains.
- Payments/financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
